Men arraigned for company’s N1.3m property theft

Two staff members of the PMG Nigeria Limited, Covenant Garden Estate, Apo, Abuja has being arraigned for joint act, theft and negligent conduct contrary to sections 79, 287 and 196 of the Penal Code law.
According to the prosecutor, the accused persons, Samuel Masu (18) and Banabas China (19) of Galadima village jointly abandoned their duty post and allowing unknown persons entry into the site, stealing a concrete mixer valued at N1.2m, one 75KVA generator set, valued at N178, 000 and two bags of nail, valued at N9, 000.
The presiding judge, Hon. Salisu Garba, adjourned the case to July 25 for hearing.
